Ferne McCann and Lorri Haines celebrate their one-year anniversary on Wednesday night's episode of First Time Mum.
In a first look clip ahead of the latest instalment, it sees Ferne, 32, reveal that she has a surprise planned for Lorri, where he hilariously mistakes it for something else.
Ferne says: "Happy anniversary! Can you believe we've been together for a year?"
To which Lorri jokes: "One whole year, we've survived!"
With Ferne adding: "It's been one hell of a year! But do you know what, this relationship has taught me so much about love, it really has.
"It has taught me the true meaning of love, that it's not all singing and dancing!"
To which Lorri points out: "But also, probably not every relationship goes through what we've been through. So we are very lucky to have found each other."
Ferne then reveals: "I've actually got a little surprise for you today…" as a beaming Lorri goes in for a kiss.
To which Ferne quickly stops him, adding: "Why do you always do that!"
With Lorri joking: "If a man wakes up and it's his anniversary and she goes: 'I've got a surprise for you, she leans in, I thought I was getting a kiss or something!'"
Ferne then insists: "It's nothing like that, it's nothing sexual. We can have sex later if you want!"
To which Lorri quips: "Well, it is the anniversary, it would be rude not to! We did it when we first met and we'll do it a year later!"
Speaking in a VT, Ferne says: "Lorri, God, he's always got one thing on his mind but I have organised something much better."
Ferne adds that Lorri usually arranges the surprises but she wanted to do something to show her love and appreciation for his support following a difficult few months with the voice notes drama.
It then cuts back to Ferne and Lorri as she excitedly reveals she's booked them a staycation in a tree house.
However, Ferne isn't the only person with a surprise as Lorri says in a VT: "I love that Ferne has arranged something for me, but she's not the only one with a little surprise up her sleeve.
"I've arranged the ultimate gift, all will be revealed in a few days!"
