GEMMA Atkinson has shown off her blossoming baby bump as she deadlifted a heavy weight during a tough workout.
The former Emmerdale star took to Instagram stories to pose in her gym gear as she revealed her growing belly.
Gemma, 38, who revealed she was expecting her second child with partner Gorka Marquez last week, appeared to be working hard in the stories post.
The TV star – who previously took part in Strictly Come Dancing – stood strong with a deadlifting bar in one snap.
She donned a tiny blue workout top and black leggings for the lifting, before heading over to the exercise bike.
Gemma pulled her blonde locks up into a messy bun as she appeared to go make-up free for the workout.

"Lots asking if I've still trained," she penned over the snap, before adding: "Absolutely!"
"Although obviously my programs have been adjusted accordingly and I've been listening to my body as always.
"I've had days of training and eating well, followed by days of wanting to stay in bed and eating bagels."
"Hormones are a crazy thing," the soon-to-be mum-of-two concluded alongside a confused-eyed emoji.

Last week, Gemma revealed that she and Gorka, 32, are expecting their second child in a sweet Instagram post.
Alongside a picture of her cradling her baby bump, Gemma wrote: "Impossible to hide my belly any longer. I’ve officially “popped.”
"Our baby boy will be joining our family later this year
We feel so incredibly blessed and Grateful to be on this journey again. Mia is absolutely thrilled! Although we may need to do some negotiating on names, as so far she’s adamant he’s going to be called Barbie."
The news went down a storm with friends and fans alike.
Oti and Motsi Mabuse both sent congratulatory comments as did former The Only Way Is Essex star Jess Wright.
The couple are already parents to three-year-old Mia, who beamed in a family snap announcing the news.
It comes after Gorka revealed spending time with family was real reason he's not taking part in the Strictly tour this year.
Replying to a fan's question about his tour absence on Instagram, he explained: "After the Strictly series I always like to take some downtime to spend with Gem and Mia."
