Good Morning Britain and Tipping Point host Ben Shephard enjoyed some gentle exercise walking in the winter sunshine with his wife Annie.
Ben, 47, cheekily joked that the picture showed that the pair had “hit peak middle age” as they clutched flasks of hot tea during their stroll.
He wrote: “It’s happened – we’ve just hit peak middle age. Went for a walk with @mrsannieshephard in the afternoon sunshine, and we took flasks of tea!! So Rock n Roll! #sorrynotsorry."
Ben and Annie have been married since 2004, having met at university and they have two sons together. The couple share a beautiful home in West London.
It’s likely the gentle exercise is good for Ben’s knee as he had surgery on it during 2021 for a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament and torn meniscus.
The host, who is known for his love of active sports and the outdoors, sustained the injury while playing football in June 2021
Following the operation, Ben shared a message with this fans: "Hi there everybody, thank you for all the amazing love and messages. For those who didn't know I ruptured my ACL and tore my meniscus in my knee playing football."
Meanwhile, on Friday morning's GMB, the presenter joked with GMB co-host Kate Garraway after finding out that she has been nominated for a Royal Television Award.
Ben revealed that they had ‘breaking news’ and then said: “I need everybody to be aware, we have some breaking news and some good news at that.
“Because two of the broadcasters on this show have been nominated for awards.”
The camera started to pan around to show all of the presenters in the studio, including Dr Amir Khan, Charlotte Hawkins and Laura Tobin and it then stopped on Kate Garraway.
"Absolutely thrilled to bits that the RTS, which is the Royal Television Society, have nominated – and you’ll be surprised and delighted like we all were – for network presenter of the year.
"The one and only Miss Kate Garraway!"
Kate looked embarrassed as she said: "I feel like such a fraud!"
Ben agreed commenting that she'd been nominated just "turning up" to work but admitted: "We are teasing Kate. Really, really thrilled."
The second GMB presenter to be nominated is Noel Phillips, the show’s North America Correspondent who Kate described as being a "massive asset to the show."
