HEIDI Klum has outdone herself this Halloween after she arrived at her 2022 party in a jaw-dropping costume.
Heidi, 49, looked unrecognizable as she took to the blue carpet at Sake No Hana New York dressed as a worm.
The mom-of-four is no stranger to epic Halloween costumes and always pulls it out of the bag when it comes to unreal disguises.
Heidi's slimy-looking attire featured ridges and came complete with a curved head and long tail.
The German-born model was accompanied by her husband Tom Kaulitz, who was dressed as a fisherman with a bloody eye.
Heidi's slender physique was completely covered, with the exception of her eyes and mouth, and she appeared to be wearing a pair of tan sneakers.
In a video captured by Good Morning America on Instagram, Heidi wobbled along on the blue carpet and got down on the floor as she attempted to do the worm dance move.
The America's Got Talent judge had started getting ready at 11am on Monday morning and kept her fans updated with the transformation on social media.
Heidi went live with Amazon alongside her Making the Cut collaborator Tim Gunn to give her 10 million followers a glimpse at the process, but she was careful not to give too much away about her finished look before the party.
As her makeup was applied, Heidi told her fans how excited she was for this year's party – which had been canceled for the past two years due to COVID-19.

She also revealed that the first thing she does at her Halloween events is make sure she greets everyone in attendance and tries to figure out who is underneath each costume.
Last month, Heidi teased to PEOPLE that her costume this year was going to be heavy on prosthetics.
HEIDI'S DEDICATION
Whilst chatting to the publication on the red carpet at The Daily Front Row Fashion Media Awards in September, she said that she had given herself a fright with this year's look.
"I don't think I've ever felt as claustrophobic as I will feel that night," she said.
"I have a thing about feeling claustrophobic. Especially if I have too much stuck on me and can't take it off … So I'll have to really breeze through it."
She added: "When you have it on, you can't be like, 'Oh, it's a wig and take it off'.
"Can't take anything off. It's glued on!"
Over the years, Heidi has stunned fans with her various Halloween looks.
In 2002, she donned the look of cartoon character Betty Boop and in 2013 she looked unrecognisable as she took a look into her future by dressing up as a senior citizen.
She reportedly shelled out big bucks to transform five models into her clones back in 2016 and the following year, she took to the streets of New York City dressed as the werewolf from Michael Jackson's Thriller video.
