DJ Naughty Boy has slammed his fellow campmates as “fake” as tensions rose inside the Clink in the I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here! Castle.
The music producer didn’t hold back during Tuesday’s instalment of the hit reality show as he fumed over being picked to take on Snoochie Shy in the Treacherous Traps challenge as well as a Bushtucker trial.
He confessed that he was considering leaving the show instead of reuniting with his fellow campmates in the main camp on Wednesday.
As he caught up with the other celebs inside the Clink, he admitted that he couldn’t fake a “love” for the contestants in the rival camp after they sent him to the trial.
The 36-year-old explained how he doesn’t think “there is any love” between the celebs in the main camp and those who have spent the last few nights inside the dungeon.
While he broached the subject of his departure from the show, Richard Madeley reassured him: “You’re reading too much into this. You did really well today and I know you keep saying ‘No, I didn’t’, but yes you did.”
But the music sensation snapped back: “You’re missing my point. Doing a trial and a challenge on the same day is something no one has done.
“No one knows what I'm going through right now, please.”
Emmerdale star Danny Miller added: “We’re just trying to build your confidence, mate. We're not trying to have a go at you.
“Well, it’s not working,” he replied as he prepared to take on the nerve-wracking challenge.
When Naughty Boy returned from his trial empty-handed, he told his fellow campmates: “Honestly guys, I tried my best.”
“And that’s all you can do!” Danny, who triumphed during last night’s Dreaded Diner trial, said.
After another disappointing round, the producer went on to share how he “has a feeling” his time on the show has come to an end, adding: “I do think my time here is done.
“I had a feeling earlier and I was thinking about mum and obviously I love you guys – I don’t think after knowing what the Main Camp probably knew what they were putting me through knowing I did the challenge earlier – I don’t know if I could ever join that camp.”
During his TV rant, the star revealed it was the idea of returning to the Main Camp after his fellow campmates forced him to go through another trial which was pushing him to leave the show.
He told his fellow celebs as he fumed at the other stars: “This isn’t a random big decision. I've tried my best both times today.
“I just can’t go from here into that Main Camp. I can’t fake that. I'm sorry. One thing I'll tell you before you guys go into the Main Camp, as much as they say they love us, they love you, there is no love.
“When you guys go to the Main Camp, they’re the reason why I left.”
