The model, 38, has been soaking up the sunshine in the Maldives with Jamie, 49, and their son Raphael.

Her navy bikini was strapless and the bottoms were high-wasted which only made her figure look more incredible.

The model wore a black crop top and a pair of short shorts as she pumped iron in the luxurious location.
She added a touch of colour with a pair of luminous yellow trainers.

She and Jamie have been enjoying a family holiday with their son Raphael, 15 months, and been keeping fans updated with their trip.
He recently discussed his relationship with Frida, calling her the "perfect mum" who "ticks every box".
Speaking with John Bishop on his show, he joked that had he not met Friday he would have gone on the older version of Love Island.
He quipped: "Well if I'd not met Frida, I would have been doing that Love Island retreat you were talking about, I would have been signing up for that!"
