KATIE Price may have escaped being jailed today, but she'll be BACK in court for ANOTHER speeding charge in two weeks' time.
The 43-year-old as allegedly caught driving over the 60mph speed limit in a BMW close to her mucky mansion in Horsham, West Sussex.
Katie, 43, was supposed to appear in court over the offence two months ago before it was postponed.
It comes after she was sentenced today over her "gutter s**g" text to her ex Kieran Hayler's fiancee.
Alongside being charged with speeding, Katie is accused of failing to give information to police when asked following a driving offence.
She's set to appear at Crawley Magistrates' Court on July 5 – but won't be facing prison.

Katie was allegedly caught driving her BMW while over the speed limit in a 60mph zone near her mansion in Horsham, West Sussex in September last year.
It was just 11 days after she flipped her car in a drink-drive crash on September 28.
Katie was back in trouble again soon after for breaching a restraining order after sharing the "vile and nasty" message aimed at Michelle Penticost.
But instead of being handed a prison sentence, Katie today was given a 18-month community order, 170 hours unpaid work and £1,500 costs.

The 35-year-old was told his former wife faced five years behind bars.

A statement released on behalf of Michelle and her fiance Kieran said: “We are incredibly disappointed with the result of today’s court hearing.
“We feel a custodial sentence would have sent the right message to the public given the seriousness of Miss Price’s offending.”
