The Kardashians star has battled accusations of plastic surgery in the past.
Kim shared some sweet snaps to her Instagram stories to celebrate a friend's birthday.
The pics were from a time before she and her famous sisters started their empire.
The 43-year-old smiled in the pictures, looking young and natural for the time they were taken.
Beneath each snap was a different caption of love.

A third photo of Kim enjoying a night out with friends was captioned: "You showed me how much I did not want to go to college and party."
While a fourth gushed: "And you are always there to be the positive light to the Lifers and give the best parenting and life advice. Love you!"

Recently, the reality star shared a TikTok video that got fans buzzing.
The clip was shared to Kim and her daughter North's shared account last month.
In it, the mother-daughter duo made their own custom cups of noodles.
After picking out what she wanted in them, nine-year-old North spun the wheel, on which her noodles were sitting.
When they had received their cup of noodles in a bag, they showed them off to the camera.
North waved hers in front of it and Kim held hers up.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum took a video of them holding up their food, at which point when fans noticed how different the California native looked.
She hid her eyes behind sunglasses, but some fans said her lips looked plumper and her nose appeared smaller.
Fans and critics alike took to Reddit to comment on the change.
"Kim's nose and lips look different in this?" one person asked at the time.
"Yikes," wrote one user as another said: "It's for sure new."
Another person pointed out that she constantly uses filters so maybe that's what others were seeing.
COMING CLEAN
Kim responded to the plastic surgery speculation in a subtle, yet effective, way.
She shared a side-by-side photo of herself when she was 14 with one of her more recently.
In both photos she appears to be making the same face – she is smiling with her face slightly turned to one side and her mouth open wide.
The TV star has a tiny strand of hair sticking out from the style she's rocking in each pic.
The first photo showed a young Kim sporting a short bob with a sweet flower clip in her hair.
She appeared to have on a white T-shirt and a dainty gold choker necklace.
In the other snap, Kim is rocking blonde hair in a sleek bun with strands pulled out in the front.
