The Only Way Is Essex star Mark Wright joined his dad Mark Senior and brother Josh on a tour across the country where the trio undertook a range of challenges and opened up to one another about family secrets.
Throughout the series, they travel to Snowdonia, Northumberland, Cornwall and Scotland while having a go at daring activities like bungee jumping, skydiving and rafting.
Ahead of the BBC series airing, Mark, 36, opened up to Express.co.uk about the most challenging experience from the trip.
He said the toughest moment happened during the first episode which was filmed in the heart of Wales’ scenic Snowdonia.
Mark and his family members attempted mountain biking on one of the UK’s steepest tracks, but that was a walk in the park compared to caving.
They had to spend 24 hours 400m down a disused mine which Mark described as “hell”.
“The hardest one was episode one which was going down the cave,” Mark shared. “It’s a bit like a marathon where when you’re doing it, it’s hell.
“But then when you finish, you just feel so like, ‘Oh my God, I can’t believe I just completed that.’
“It was about six or seven hours in the damp and cold and not seeing daylight for like 24 hours – it was mentally tough and mentally challenging.

He said it was “scary” watching his dad take part in the experience because he has asthma and stressed, “the air is not great down there”.
Mark said it was “very tough” for him as he was fearful of a 200-metre drop below and could not see the bottom of the cave.
“You’re doing that whilst worrying about your brother and your dad as well,” Mark exclaimed. “So that was really tough.”
Their caving experience will play out on screens as part of the opening episode of the series.

When asked about the best activity of the trip, Mark said it had to be jet-skiing and skydiving as the sun was setting.
“Seeing my dad and my brother’s parachutes from above just is a moment I’ll never forget, you know.
“I was like tearing up the whole way down just thinking, ‘Wow, we’re so lucky and so privileged to be able to do this.'”
