PREGNANT Cardi B complained that her “face is spreading so much she looks like a YAM.”
The 28-year-old rapper made the comment as she expects her second child with Offset.
Cardi took to Twitter on Thursday to share an interesting visual as she updated fans on how her current pregnancy is going.
Alongside upset emojis, the rapper wrote: “F**k my face is spreading. B***h I look like a yam.”
FAMILY OF FOUR
Cardi announced she’s expecting her second child with Offset, 29, in late June.
She revealed the news on Instagram by sharing a photo of herself posing fully nude with the exception of white clay covering her breasts and baby bump.
The WAP rapper held her growing baby bump as her tattoos were on full display in the snap, which she captioned: “#2! ♥️ @offsetyrn”
Cardi then shared another snap of herself posing naked as Offset cradled her baby bump from behind her.
She captioned the intimate photo: “We listened to each other, communicated, prayed and then God blessed us and our family with another little blessing. Our home feels so blissful and very busy ?but we are ready and so happy!! Thank you soo much everyone for the congrats and well wishes ?”
The pregnancy photos continued as Cardi posed next to the couple’s three-year-old daughter Kulture.
The expectant mother wore a white dress with a large cut out around her belly, while the toddler matched in a similar outfit and headpiece as she touched her mother’s stomach.
Alongside the mother-daughter photo, Cardi wrote: “I just know these two will love each other soo much and argue soo much since they're 3 years apart…just like me and Henny ?. But one thing for sure is they'll have each other’s back like no one else ever will ????”
BOLD REVEAL
Shortly after sharing the photos, she showed fans she’s expecting during her wild BET performance on Sunday with Migos.
In the middle of their set, the New Yorker came on stage in a sheer black body suit that exposed her baby bump.
Cardi went on to perform a medley of her hits complete with some sexy dance moves.
GIVING THEIR RELATIONSHIP A SECOND CHANCE
Despite expecting another child together, things haven’t always been easy for Cardi and Offset.
Last year, she filed to split from Offset – who's real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus – but requested to dismiss her divorce in November.
However, she filed "without prejudice" – which means that the WAP singer reserves the right to refile the divorce at a later date.
Three weeks before the November filing, Cardi revealed that she and Offset were back together.
