Susanna Reid reveals new 'Coronation hair' after major makeover for Good Morning Britain special | The Sun

GOOD Morning Britain fans were bowled over this morning as Susanna Reid revealed a new look.

The star showed off elegant 'Coronation hair' as she fronted a special edition of the show from Westminster Abbey.


The presenter, who always has weekends off, has been drafted in for a special programme ahead of today's Coronation.

She was fronting GMB with Ben Shephard after having her hair done complete with highlights – and viewers loved it.

One tweeted: "Enjoying this special GMB on the King's Coronation. Susanna looking so gorgeous & with her highlighted hair WoW."

Another wrote: "Susanna looks lovely this morning love her hair" with a thumbs-up.

There was also a backhanded compliment for Ben, with a third posting: "New hair highlights ? I’m referring to Susanna , your grey highlights are always stunning!"

The stars of GMB are out in force today – with Ben, 48, and Susanna, 52, at Westminster Abbey and Kate Garraway, 56, reporting from Buckingham Palace.

Charlotte Hawkins, 47, is also working, fronting reports from Waterloo Station this morning while Ranvir Singh is at the doors of Westminster Abbey as guests arrive.

There are also four other roving reporters working for the special show this morning.

Even the show's theme has had a royal makeover for the Coronation of King Charles III.

The King and Queen were last night said to be staying at Clarence House before going to the Palace this morning.

The King’s procession, with Charles and Camilla travelling in the Diamond Jubilee State Coach, leaves from Buckingham Palace at 10.20am.

The procession along The Mall, through Trafalgar Square and along Whitehall, is expected reach Westminster Abbey at 10.53am.
