This Morning fans have been left gobsmacked after musician Sir Bob Geldof said the word "a**e" twice while appearing on the popular daytime show.
The 71-year-old joined presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on their Wednesday programme (February 22) to discuss the inspiration behind The Boomtown Rats' new single.
During his chat Sir Bob also paid tribute to guitarist and founding member Garry Roberts, who passed away in November 2022.

Telling the hosts that his new single was dedicated to Garry, the music legend said it was the perfect way to "send off your mate, colleague, partner of 40 years".
He then added: "I'll turn around and it won't be Gaz any more. Gary, like all guitar players, who are generally a pain in the a**e, thought the way forward was to turn it up just that little bit more."
But then Sir Bob said the word "a**e" again when he went on to describe his behind.
Seeing Bob use the word on the daytime show where swear words are strictly forbidden, shocked viewers headed straight over to Twitter to share their thoughts.
One fan said: "Omg, Sir Bob said a**e twice!" while another echoed: "Naughty Bob saying a**e twice."
Another threatened to file a complaint to the Office of Communications and wrote: "Did he just say a**e? I'm off to Ofcom."
Meanwhile a fourth viewer laughed: "Ahaha did he say a**e?"
But this is far from the first time This Morning has been caught in a swearing scandal.
Last month, fans were convinced Holly said a rude word after Phil happened to scare her.
The 41-year-old covered her face and muffled what some viewers thought was the start of the F-word, after Phil played a practical joke on her.
Introducing the next segment, Phil said: "Before we find out more from its stars Rupert Grint and Ben Aldrich here’s a little bit of what to…" but he shouted mid-way through his sentence, making Holly jump back as a result.
Turning to the opposite direction, Holly could be heard saying: "Fuuuu."
But once the excitement was over, fans headed over to Twitter as they believed Holly may have accidentally said the F-bomb.
"I swear Holly dropped the F-word,” one viewer chimed, while another asked: "Did Holly just say the F-word?"
