Mother-of-four Kamila Ignac, 33, who lives opposite the spot where Davison’s rampage came to an end, watched the horror unfold.

66-year-old Kate Shepherd was Davison’s final victim, and was gunned down by Blush hair salon in Plymouth
She said: ‘There was a shot and when we looked outside there was a lady slumped on the floor in front of the hairdressers.
‘Two men ran over to help her and there was a young boy, who looked to be aged about 13-years old, who joined them.
‘Two young girls were walking down the road at the time and when they saw the man with the gun, they turned and ran back the way they had come.
‘Two police cars then arrived and the man with the gun shot himself by the wall on the opposite side of the road.
‘The police performed CPR on the woman outside the hairdressers and she was taken away by ambulance.
‘The gunman’s body was covered over by a towel.’

She added: ‘My six-year-old daughter’s bedroom looks out into the street. We don’t know if she saw the man shoot himself or just heard the gunshot. But she saw his body on the floor.
‘She seems to be ok but the school have been good and offered her counselling if she wants it.’
Davison shot dead his mother Maxine first of all during his killing spree on Thursday evening in the Keyham district of Plymouth before shooting and killing Mr Lee Martyn and his daughter Sophie, who had been pushing a toy pram up the street.
Jake Davison’s mother Maxine was the first to be killed. She and other relatives are claimed to have begged the police and NHS to help him with mental health problems

Davison then aimed and shot at Ben and Michelle Parsonage before walking out of a cul-de-sac and shooting dead dog walker Stephen Washington, 59.
His last victim was 66-year Kate Shepherd, who was shot dead outside the Blush hair salon, before he turned the gun on himself and took his own life.
It emerged on Friday Davison had his gun taken from him in December 2020 following an allegation of assault made two-months previously.
But the gun was returned to him in early July after he attended an anger management course and was classed by police as fit again to hold the weapon.
The matter is being investigated by the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC).
