Dame Joan Collins suffered a huge scare in the days following her star-studded anniversary party, when her beloved granddaughter was rushed to hospital with severe stomach pains.
Speaking exclusively to OK! after the event, Joan explained that her husband, Percy Gibson, went with the teenager to A&E, where he stayed for eight hours, making sure the youngster was ok.
The Dynasty legend, who didn't want to share her granddaughter's name, said: "On Saturday we were going to write all our thank yous (for the party gifts) but Percy was called to the hospital with my granddaughter, who was taken off with terrible stomach pains."
Percy, who was also interviewed alongside Joan, continued: "She had a terrible reaction to something or other on the Saturday."
And Joan, who celebrated 20 years of marriage to Percy with a huge event at Claridge's hotel covered exclusively by OK!, praised her husband for his devotion to the poorly young lady.

"He was there for eight hours in A&E," she said. "This is what I want people to know about Percy, how utterly kind and selfless he is."
But modest Percy was quick to dismiss Joan's compliments.
"Oh, stop, you!" he joked, before giving an update on his granddaughter's health.
"She’s fine now, they put some fluids into her and she was OK," he said.

It was a stressful end to the pair's celebrations, which has been planned by Joan weeks in advance.
140 star guests showed up to party with the happy couple, including Liz Hurley and her son Damien, Simon Cowell, Sarah Ferguson and Simon and Yasmin Le Bon.
