Kim Kardashian added millions of dollars of customization to her new private jet
Kim Kardashian has a brand new private jet, and she spared no expense getting the aircraft of her dreams.
According to The Things, the 41-year-old is now the owner of a Gulfstream G65OER, which she had built from scratch. The base model costs around $95 million, but the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star had a number of customizations that brought the total cost of her aircraft to $150 million.
Kardashian waited over a year for the plane to be built, with her requested customizations significantly adding to the construction time. The jet can hold up to 18 passengers and sleeps 10, and has four separate areas for entertainment, work, dining, and relaxation.
Kardashian’s aircraft has a beige leather and cashmere interior, with a matching cream exterior. The color palette matches the reality star’s home, and the dishes and placemats are the same ones she uses in her house.
She hired designers Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez to personalize the plane. Clements and Fernandez previously helped design Kendall Jenner’s house, as well as Travis Barker’s home.
Kim Kardashian’s private jet cost more than Jeff Bezos’ plane
Forbes declared Kim Kardashian a billionaire in 2021, noting that the bulk of her net worth came from two of her businesses, KKW Beauty and SKIMS. The TV personality star also makes millions from her reality show, investments, and various brand deals.
Kardashian now owns the same plane as fellow billionaires Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos. Fans may remember that the reality star dined at the Amazon founder’s $165 million Los Angeles estate in January, along with her boyfriend, Pete Davidson. Perhaps the two billionaires were swapping stories about their private jets.
Kardashian’s plane cost far more than Bezos’ jet, even though they have the same aircraft. The tech founder’s jet is worth an estimated $70 million, less than half the value of Kardashian’s $150 customized plane.

The reality star’s makeup artist shared footage of the aircraft
It’s unknown whether Kim Kardashian has yet hosted her Saturday Night Live star boyfriend, Pete Davidson, on her new private jet. But the reality star did invite her makeup artist and hairstylist on board.
The maiden voyage of Kardashian’s brand new aircraft was flying from LA to Milan during fashion week. The SKIMS founder brought her longtime makeup artist, Mario Dedivanovic, and hairstylist Chris Appleton as two of the first passengers on her custom luxury plane.
On Feb. 25, Appleton shared an Instagram photo taken inside Kardashian’s jet. “Leaving Milan this morning and finally saw the print issue of @voguemagazine,” the hairstylist captioned the image. “Love these two 🖤 feeling grateful for this experience.”
And on Feb. 26, Dedivanovic posted the same photo, along with a video showing off the outside of Kardashian’s plane. “All aboard #KimAir w/ the glam fam✈️ & our first time seeing the print issue of our Vogue cover 🙏🏻💙” the makeup artist captioned the post.
