Laura Anderson begs fans to not ask about Gary Lucy romance as they welcome baby

Days after welcoming her first child, a beautiful baby girl named Bonnie, Love Island star Laura Anderson has laid down some strict rules for her Instagram followers.

Taking to social media last night to share the exciting news with her fans with a gorgeous reel, capturing the most adorable moments of her daughter's first few days, Laura insisted she doesn't want to hear any questions about her romance with the father.

Bonnie's dad is Hollyoaks star Gary Lucy, whom blonde beauty Laura met when the pair were both contestants on last year's series of Celebs Go Dating, after which a whirlwind romance saw them getting pregnant before splitting soon after.

Captioning the heart-warming Instagram video – in which Gary, 41, features heavily in sweet pictures with his baby girl – Laura, 34, wrote: "B O N N I E. Hi everyone, my name is Bonnie Rose Lucy Anderson.

"I was born 02/09/23 at 06.03am and weighed 6.10lbs. My Mummy & Daddy are sooooo happy and in love with me, this is our first week together.

"I’m sorry it’s taken me some time to introduce myself, I hurt my mummy a little bit and scared my daddy too (oops) we’re all now recovering well at home".

Laura then touched on her relationship with Gary as she said: "Please don’t question My Mummy & Daddy on their relationship- This.. is all about me."

In the sweet montage, Laura and Gary were seen holding hands as they walked out of the hospital, sparking rumours that the pair have rekindled their romance.

The Love Island star then announced that she was expecting a baby in February, however, the same day it emerged that she and ex-EastEnders star Gary had broken up.

After initially remaining silent on the split, Laura broke her silence a few days after her pregnancy announcement to say that her "baby is her number one priority" and that they were "definitely not" on good terms.

Only weeks before Laura and Gary welcomed their daughter, the pair sparked rumours that they are back together after being seen at a Scottish hotel together

The duo were "spotted spending time together" at the £800-a-night Gleneagles hotel in Scotland, where they've been seen wearing fluffy robes and appearing in good spirits.

A source told The Sun at the time: "He [Gary] flew up to Scotland to see Laura and they were spotted together at Glasgow airport. Then the next week, they went to Gleneagles, the luxury hotel, together."

However, both Gary and Laura's reps declined to comment when contacted by OK! at the time.
