Lydia Bright says she ‘cried herself to sleep’ after ‘challenging’ week with daughter Loretta

Lydia Bright has revealed that she 'cried herself to sleep' after a 'challenging week' with her one year old daughter Loretta Rose.

The 31 year old former TOWIE star, who recently revealed that she was 'worried sick' after her 'nanny biscuit' was rushed to hospital, took to Instagram to share with her 1.2million followers a candid view of her week as a single parent.

Mum-of-one Lydia shared a sweet picture of Loretta as she looked sorry for herself while gazing down the lens of the camera.

Lydia, whose clever daughter Loretta was seen counting to 10 at 20 months, revealed how the past week had been 'one of her most challenging' since the 'newborn stage'.

The gorgeous TV star penned: "This is what I have been dealing with all week Honestly, apart from the newborn stage, this has been one of my most challenging weeks with Loretta.

"She has always been a wild, confident child which I love and I have never tried to tame. However, this week has been a constant challenge.

"Running away as soon as I turn my back, screaming if she doesn’t get her way, doing the total opposite whenever I ask her to do something.

I feel like all I have done all week is tell her off, which I have found EXHAUSTING.

"Last night, I cried myself to sleep after having to walk out of a restaurant because I was so embarrassed by her behaviour. I wanted to write all of this down, not to make a stupid headline, but to just be honest.

"To tell all you mums, that may have also had a s**t week that I also have struggled. I have been exhausted, I have lost my cool every day, I have been overwhelmed and I have doubted myself. But tomorrow is a new day and a new week and I’m praying for better behaviour. We got this mummas."

It comes after Lydia opened up about dealing with sleep problems and told her fans that she was currently battling with insomnia.

Lydia explained: "Morning everyone. I have just dropped Loretta back at nursery, her first day back of 2022. She was very excited and I'm not going to lie, so was I.

"Those two days a week at nursery are a god send. My child is feral and she needs them."

Lydia continued: "Anyway, the reason that I am making this story, talking to camera as I don't do these very often, is I need your help.

"I don't know what the matter is with me at the moment guys, but look at my black bags."

Lydia continued: "Extra strong tea, I've got really bad insomnia. I've always struggled with my sleep a little bit, I find it hard to you know, just fall into a deep sleep.

"But what is happening at the moment is absolute torture. I feel like I'm watching the sun go down and watching it come back up again and I can't think why."

She asked fans to send tips and recommend on what to do in order to get a restful night's sleep. She ended her video with "please help."
