Molly-Mae Hague books last minute holiday after quitting PLT creative director role

Molly-Mae Hague is taking her newborn baby daughter Bambi on a last minute holiday this weekend.

The influencer, who won the hearts of a nation in Love Island as she and partner Tommy Fury hooked up, announced in an Instagram selfie on Thursday, writing to her 7.5 million fans: "Just booked a holiday for in two days time!!… Get your case packed Bambi girl [sun emoji]."

As for where the mother and daughter are heading, we suspect all will be revealed in the next few days.

This comes after Molly, 24, confessed to her YouTube page subscribers that she'd suffered a massive confidence blow in the wake of giving birth to Bambi back in January.

Meanwhile, the reality TV star dropped a bombshell earlier this week by revealing that she had quit her Creative Director role at fashion brand PrettyLittleThing as she takes a step back to "rearrange" her life and "lose some commitments".

"There is actually one quite big thing that I probably should talk about," she told fans in a YouTube upload.

"I haven't posted anything about it yet but I'm probably going to post about it when this video goes live. Basically a lot of people have been asking me about PLT creative director and how's the role going.

"Everything's going incredibly with PLT, I literally have the most insane relationship with PLT they're literally my family. Still working with them, still doing collections, still doing edits, but I've actually decided to step down from my creative director role."

"I've realised that I'm only going to get this time once with my firstborn child," she continued. "I'm only going to get Bambi being four months old once. I just feel like I have had to just rearrange my life a little bit and lose some commitments I did have.

"Myself and PLT, we've decided collectively that the creative director role, as much as it was incredible, and I've literally loved being the creative director more than anything, it was such an amazing chapter for me. It's just naturally come to an end.

"I'm a mum now, I never really gave myself a maternity leave, I got straight back into work instantly," Molly reflected. "Because my work is my phone, and showing my life is my work. There were certain areas of my life I had to re-evaluate.

"The last thing I wanted to be was in a role I can't fulfil right now at this moment in my life. I will never not be grateful to that business for everything they've done for my career, just everything they've done for me."

In a previous social media post, Molly candidly wrote: "Being a mum consists of great days, bad days, normal days, overwhelming days, perfect days, sad days… a lot of days of just making it to the end of the day! But through it all, a crazy amount of love."
