P Diddy is facing a new sexual assault allegation after a new lawsuit was filed in New York – though he has already dubbed it a ‘money grab’.
Joi Dickerson-Neal claims she was drugged and assaulted by the star back in 1991, when she was a psychology student at Syracuse University.
In the court documents, she states that, while working at Harlem’s Wells’ Restaurant, Diddy pressured her into a date before slipping something into her drink.
She alleges the star then took her to an apartment and filmed himself sexually assaulting her, before showing the tape to others.
Dickerson-Neal claims to have been so traumatized by the incident she dropped out of college and gave up on her dreams of working in the music industry.

When approached by Daily Express US, a spokesperson for Diddy said: “This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head.
“Ms. Dickerson’s 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist.
“This is purely a money grab and nothing more.”
The civil suit, which was filed in New York Supreme Court today (Thursday) demands a trial by jury and seeks damages.
The new accusation comes just a week after ex-girlfriend Cassie filed a lawsuit against the musician accusing him of rape and abuse.

Diddy adamantly denied the claims, settling the case out of court less than 48 hours later for an undisclosed sum.
Dickerson-Neal cited Cassie as an inspiration to come forward about the incident three decades later.
The lawsuit is being filed under New York’s Adult Survivors Act – which allows victims of sexual offenses to pursue civil suits if the statute of limitations has expired for a criminal conviction.
The Act is due to expire on Friday, and as a result a number of historical accusations have been filed over the past week.
Among those who are now facing lawsuits include Mayor Eric Adams, Jamie Foxx and Guns N Roses star Axl Rose – all of whom have been accused of historic sexual assault.
All have denied any wrongdoing in their relevant cases.
