Three former Love Island stars have tested positive for Covid shortly after meeting up for a big reunion meal in London.

Amy Day was the first former Islander to reveal she had got Covid, admitting she was forced back into isolation following a two-week quarantine period after leaving the villa.

But now it's been reported that two more islanders have tested positive following a dinner they all shared together in London at the restaurant STK.

Amy was reunited with Hugo Hammond on the night after their acrimonious parting, as well as Aaron Francis, Harry Young, Brad McClelland, Georgia Townsend, AJ Bunker, Chuggs Wallis, Lillie Haynes, Jack Barlow, Medhy Malanda, Danny Bibby, Sam Jackson and Lucinda Strafford.

A source told The Sun: "“Amy and the other islanders have all been super careful and stuck to their quarantine time when they arrived back in the UK.

“But as soon as that was up everyone was excited to see each other and have been hitting the town and now three of them have it. Amy is single jabbed and had been due to have a second vaccine next week.

“She has been feeling really unwell, and is particularly worried about her parents, who are now also getting tested.”

A spokesperson for Amy told OK! "Amy was feeling rubbish after last weekend so did a lateral flow which was positive.

"She then went for a PCR after feeling really bad and it came back that she had Covid. She’s felt sick and run down all week but is on the mend in isolation. It appears two others have also tested positive."

Amy revealed to fans that she had tested positive for Covid, discussing it in a video on her Instagram.

Speaking in the video, she said: "Hi guys, I thought I'd quickly jump on here and address any questions on am I feeling better, do I have Covid? Yes I've just had a positive result for Covid.

"I'm fuming, but yes if anyone has any remedies or things to keep myself busy with during isolation, send those through.

"They'll be much appreciated. Obviously, I'll still be posting and I'll be on my phone so I can't complain, but I'll see you on the other side guys. Love you lots!"

Amy had entered the public eye as she appeared on the current season of Love Island as a Casa Amor bombshell.

While in Casa Amor, Amy paired up with Hugo Hammond, who decided to recouple with her when returning to the main villa.

The romance was short-lived with Hugo describing his search for love as "tragic" shortly after leaving the villa.
