A WOMAN has revealed how she spent almost £250 on a four-tiered chocolate birthday cake but was left stunned by what turned up – with people labeling it a crime. 

Libby took to TikTok to share what she had requested – a four-layer cake with broken chocolate shards decorating the outside. 



But she was left stunned when a pile of cake, chocolate icing, and sprinkles appeared on her doorstep. 

Known online as @libbycarlsonn, the 18-year-old regularly shares life updates with her 35,200 followers. 

In a new reel, she said: “Guys I paid $300 for this and the lady just dropped it off…

“What do I do?”

Below the video, she added: “TikTok work ur magic bc I need advice RN.”

In the second half of the 15-second video, Libby reveals the six-tiered mess, with the various cake layers sliding off each other. 

There are also gaps in the chocolate icing, revealing the sponge underneath, and sprinkles that weren't a part of Libby's initial request. 

The cake attracted plenty of attention online, gaining more than 107,700 likes and two million views.

In the comments, TikTokkers shared their reactions, with some convinced the anonymous baker must have dropped the order before dropping it off. 

Others suggested Libby should take the baker to court for her ‘crime’. 

One writing: “This would make be bawl my kidneys out.”

“The gasp I gusped. This can’t be real,” commented another. 

A third added: “When you say dropped it off, did she literally drop it? Also, how is that the same as the one in the photo??? HOW?”

Someone else put: “That is a literal crime.”

“I would have made that for like 10 bucks lol. I’d be calling the police,” a fifth shared. 

One other quipped: “Seriously take her to court.”
