A Hooters worker revealed the part of the iconic look that doesn't make any sense.
TikTok users Nik and Tes, who run the account @xoniktesxo, shared the confusing aspect of a Hooters uniform.
In the video, Nik is wearing the iconic tight tee and orange short shorts.
Using a viral TikTok sound to show her confusion, the TikToker explained the inconsistent sizing of the restaurant's uniforms.
The TikTok user detailed that she wears a size XXXS in the bright orange shorts.

Nik wears an XXS in the white top, splashed with the famous Hooters owl logo.
However, the Hooters worker addressed the discrepancy in sizing when it comes to tights.
Nik shared that she wears a size C according to the Hooters sizing guide.
When it comes to pantyhose, size C usually refers to a medium size rather than an XXS.

"Current and retired Hooter girls will understand," the TikToker captioned her video.
Previous Hooters girls, including the late Naya Rivera, have detailed the chain's strict rules when it comes to uniforms, particularly tights.
In her memoir Sorry Not Sorry, the Glee star explained that staff were required to use their own money to purchase pantyhose from a vending machine in the Hooters staff room.
Rivera also detailed: ""The signature Hooters shade was 'sun tan,' let me tell you, it looked great on anyone who wasn't white. Read: It looked awful."
