MOPPING your floors is a pretty straightforward task, but you should take extra caution when choosing your cleaner.
Using wax-based products can leave residue on the surface of your floors that are difficult to clean and may need some professional scrubbing.
In a social media video, Kevin Saint, owner of a New York-based cleaning company, shared what could happen when wax build-up occurs on your floor.
Apparently, the pro cleaner sometimes comes across customers who assume their floors don't need a deep mopping.

In his TikTok clip, Saint can be seen scraping some build-up off of a dirty tile, revealing a tile of a completely different, lighter color.
He then showed the amount of gunk that was lingering on the floors to the camera.
After this, Saint went into demonstrating how he effectively gets the grime off of tiles.
He let a strong stripper sit on the floor, followed by stripping the floor with a buffer, and finally, some edging using a razor blade was done.
