A WOMAN has revealed that she has reversed ageing thanks to four easy steps – so you’ll need to pay attention if you want youthful-looking skin.

If you don’t fancy getting jabbed in the face with Botox, you’ll be pleased to know that a beauty fan has revealed the hacks she swears by for wrinkle-free skin, without any cosmetic treatments involved. 

Posting on social media, the blonde beauty stressed the importance of sunscreen, diet, sunlight and facial massaging, for a bright, youthful face.

Explaining how she has aged backwards, the young woman shared her “four beauty tips to age backwards.” 

She said: “Did you know you can look 10 years younger by only spending five to ten minutes a day?

“Before I share my four hacks, I wanted to let you know that I am in my 30s myself, I am not anti ageing but actually to become the best version of yourself at any age.”

The skincare whizz then shared a snap of her complexion when she was in her 20s, alongside an image of her in her 30s.

Her skin was surprisingly dull and lacklustre during her 20s, and now in her 30s, was very bright and clear. 

She then continued: “Tip number one – use sunscreen every day and antioxidants such as Vitamin C in the morning for your face, to protect yourself from pollution and from UVA and UVB rays.

“Second tip – try to avoid sugary and starchy food.

“Third tip – get sunlight exposure first thing in the morning. Try to sleep at least seven to eight hours a night, and move your body, because if you move your body, you enhance lymphatic drainage all over it. 

“It not only enhances that but also happy hormones. 

“And last but not least – release the tension in your face with facial massages.

“This will not only help you to release wrinkles where they accumulate due to muscle spasm, but also relax your head and therefore you can also reduce headaches and generally feel a bit better.

“What also really helps to exercise the muscles which are under utilised, so you create a balance in your face, and let me tell you, this literally takes only five to 10 minutes daily.” 

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @allyoucanface, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly amassed 93,100 views.

Social media users were thankful for the advice and stunned at the woman’s glowy skin, many of which were eager to express in the comments.

One person said: “Thank you for your tips.” 

Another added: “You are very beautiful.” 

A third commented: “How old are you? Thought you are like 27-28.”
