A SPEECH expert has revealed the three things she'd never do with her baby.
Macy Gilson, who is from the US, took to TikTok and shared an informative video where she begins: "I'm a paediatric speech language pathologist so I thought it'd be fun to share some things I wouldn't be doing with my child because of my profession."
The first thing the expert notes she'll be doing is keeping her son as best she can from sucking his thumb.
"Thumb sucking can lead to a complete change in the oral anatomy," she explains.
"It can change the palette, the teeth…and those things can have a long term effect on speech development."
She continues: "The next thing that I will not be doing is repeating words back to him incorrectly that he may say."
