A THRIFTY mum has shared her genius hack for saving money and time with Christmas cards.
Monica Marriott-Mills took to TikTok to share her tip for reusing old Christmas cards as gift tags.
She says that the hack will save money while also helping the planet.
In her video, Monica takes the Christmas cards she received last year and separates the cover and back with scissors.
She then cuts the cover into square or rectangular strips the size of a shop-bought gift tag.
Monica finally uses a hole-puncher to thread a ribbon through the brand-new tag.
TikToK users loved Monica's thrifty hack.
