A FITNESS trainer has proved that losing weight does not have to include dull and tasteless food.

She even has a perfectly seasonal pumpkin pancake recipe — and you can eat a whole lot of it.


Tara Woodcox (@tarawoodcox11) is a nutrition and fitness pro who shares tips and advice on her page.

She takes a common sense approach to diet and weight loss, sharing her wisdom with nearly 650,000 followers.

“Don’t complicate this healthy eating thing," she said in one post. "It shouldn’t be an added stressor on your plate."

“There is literally zero magic to this," she said.

It seems to work, and she managed to help one of her clients lose a whopping 53 pounds, transforming her body.

As the weather has cooled down outside, Tara shared a mouth-watering five-ingredient pumpkin pancake recipe, which is only 289 calories.

"It's the best!" she wrote.

It was also so easy to make and should satisfy any sweet cravings too.

She started out with a quarter cup of pumpkin purée, dumping it into a bowl.

In next went a quarter cup of egg whites, a teaspoon of baking powder, and a dash of cinnamon.

To really embrace the fall flavor, she tossed in a scoop of pumpkin spice latte protein powder.

The last ingredient was collagen with Dermaval in French vanilla flavor

She whisked the ingredients together before cooking the orange mixture on a hot pan on the stove.
