All The ‘Bachelorette’ Spoilers For Katie Thurston’s Season 17 In 2021, Per Reality Steve

  • A new Bachelorette begins filming season 17 right as The Bachelor doles out his final rose.
  • ABC hasn’t announced a leading lady or contestants, but spoilers are starting to appear from Reality Steve and savvy fans.
  • Here are all the spoilers you need to know before this Bachelorette season begins.

Buckle up Bachelor fans, there’s another season of The Bachelorette coming so soon. After an unpredictable 2020 of filming stops and starts, the ABC producers now seem to have filming in a COVID-safe bubble on lock.

As soon as Matt James narrows down his leading lady, another Bachelorette will be crowned, quarantined, and jetting off to the set. (Actually, the lucky leading lady and her husband hopefuls are already there, per Rachel Lindsay and US Weekly.) Another closed set means minimal spoilers from Reality Steve. But, you know he still gets intel and is ready to spill all the reali-tea as soon as it boils over.

ICYDK, Reality Steve has spoiled the ending of The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, and its various spinoffs for years. His spoilers are spot-on basically every. single. time. (Noteworthy exception: He didn’t pinpoint Bachelor Peter Weber’s chosen co-pilot until the end of the season, but to be fair, the pilot didn’t either.)

It’s early, and the new Bachelorette cast hasn’t even been announced, but there are spoilers bubbling up already. With that said, what exactly is going down now on The Bachelorette? And did she find love—or not? Allow me to fill in all the blanks RN.

WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD. Do not keep reading if you don’t want to know what happens during Season 17 of The Bachelorette before it airs on ABC!

When does filming begin?

All the cast and crew started quarantining in early March so filming can officially begin before the end of the month. There’s still a lot not officially announced, but they’re sticking to the usual schedule as much as possible.

“They’re already there, like, at least they’re quarantining for it. There’s no pause on it,” former Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay revealed on the “Bachelor Party” podcast.

Who’s hosting The Bachelorette?

The first of many highly-anticipated announcements came this weekend with the new Bachelorette hosts. ICYMI: Chris Harrison is taking time away away from the franchise following his controversial interview with former Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay.

Former Bachelorettes Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe are assuming the hosting role for season 17. They are stoked for the new gig—just look at their recent social posts.

ABC explained why fans won’t see Chris as usual: “In his absence, former Bachelorettes Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe will support the new Bachelorette through next season. As we continue the dialogue around achieving greater equity and inclusion within The Bachelor franchise, we are dedicated to improving the BIPOC representation of our crew, including executive producer ranks.”

Where is The Bachelorette filming?

Everyone was supposed to jet up to Canada to start filming at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, but new COVID-19 precautions put a stop to that real fast. “Due to the updated quarantine restrictions in Canada laid out last week, I’ve been told ‘Bachelorette’ will NOT be filming there next season anymore,” Reality Steve tweeted.
