A woman who says she once worked as an Ann Summers employee has claimed a frisky customer nicked a display dildo and proceeded to use it in the shop.
The retailer describes itself as the "pioneer of pleasure" and is iconic on the High Street for its lingerie and sex toys – but it seems one obsessed fan took it way too far.
Describing the alleged incident in a video, TikTok user Sophie @sophhxsophh says: "So if you’ve been in Ann Summers before you will know in the sex toy section there are display toys out.
"So you can see the toy before you buy it and you can see if it vibrates etc.
"Key word here: you can see it. See it. You don’t use it.
"Dildo lady didn’t get the memo on this."
The TikTok user then said the women grabbed a "big a*** dildo" and ran to the back of the store, barging past a changing room assistant and locking herself in a fitting room.
She then "went to town" on the dildo.

The TikTok user said the used sex toy had to be thrown away and her manager was left with the unappealing job of cleaning the changing room thoroughly.
"Dildo lady" is said to have escaped and, bizarrely, ran straight into the Disney store opposite.
The video has been watched more than 2 million times and people were gobsmacked by both the audacity and grossness of "dildo lady".
"Oh my god WHAT," commented one viewer.

"Make her pay for it?" said another user.
"If you put cayenne pepper or peppermint oil on them she won’t be back," suggested someone else.
Sophie further explained in the comments that the woman was banned from the shopping centre but could easily sneak in past security.
Another viewer commented: "If she was banned from the whole shopping centre I’m scared to think what she did in the Disney store."
