GREGGS has made a major change to its menu – but there's a catch.
The bakery chain has added 11 new items to its menu, including hot yum yums and loaded wedges.
Each of the new additions are to its hot food offering.
Nine of the items are only being trialled at a select nine stores at the moment, meaning not everyone can get them right now.
The new menu additions, include three different Crispy Chicken Ciabatta Rolls, coming in BBQ, Hot & Spicy and Mayo varieties.
Also part of the trial three chicken wraps – a BBQ Chicken and Bacon Wrap, Sweet Chilli Chicken Wrap and a Hot & Spicy Chicken Wrap.

Meanwhile, as part of the trial customers can take their Southern Fried Potato Wedges up a notch, with Loaded Wedges topped with either Chicken Katsu, BBQ Chicken or fiery Vegan Chilli.
Two of the new items have been added to the menu after successfully being trialled at shops over recent months.
That means that you can now get the hot yum yums and cookies at your local Greggs.
A Greggs spokesperson said: “We are always exploring new opportunities to expand our menu and hot to-go offering, providing even more choice and variety throughout the day and as we extend our later opening hours across shops.

"We are currently trialling this menu in a small number of shops as we look to test its popularity before we expand across more shops later in the year.”

- Sweet Chilli Chicken Wrap – £3.50, 552cal
- Hot & Spicy Chicken Wrap – £3.50, 569cal
- BBQ Crispy Chicken Ciabatta Roll – £3.80, 640cal
- Mayo Crispy Chicken Ciabatta Roll – £3.80, 665cal
- Hot & Spicy Crispy Chicken Ciabatta Roll – £3.80, 665cal
These items are available at the following stores:
- Newcastle – Sandy Lane Drive Thru
- Longbenton – Quorum Business Park
- Gateshead – Trinity Square
- Blaydon- , Bridge Street
- Durham – Bowburn Drive Thru
- Horden – Cotsford Lane
- Washington – Peel Retail Park
- Washington – Parson’s Road Industrial Estate
- Sunderland – Salterfen Retail Park
If the trial goes well, customers can expect to see the items at all Greggs later in the year.
For those who aren’t based in the North East but are keen to try out Greggs’ latest menu additions, its hot sweet offering has been rolled out to all 600 Greggs shops nationwide, available from 11am.
Hot Yum Yums cost £2.50 and have 646cals and the Hot Milk Chocolate Cookies are £2.50 with 731cals.
Both of the treats are served with either a salted caramel dip or a delicious milk chocolate dip pot.

You can pick up items like nachos (£2.99), wedges (£3.49), Subway cheesey slices (£1.69) and chicken bites (£2.39).
