Oh Heidi.
The queen of Halloween has obviously been cooped up for too damn long, as it appears her inner costume box is starting to burst at the seams into everyday life. It's not even mid-August yet and Heidi Klum is already dressing for spooky season — or, at the very least, she's terrifying onlookers with her controversial shoe choices.
On a jaunt through Los Angeles this week, Klum wore a lime green jumpsuit (which she matched to her reflective glasses AND iced tea), a massive butterfly tote bag, and — here's the kicker — a pair of rubber duck-yellow platform Crocs complete with, well, I believe they call them Jibbitz plugged into the clogs' vent holes. Phew.
Personally, we adore this look. It's dopamine dressing at its finest, and Klum is positively glowing. We do wonder just what the Crocs haters are going to say. Croc-averse types generally get a bad taste in their mouths at just a glimpse of the divisive shoes, so we can only imagine what the reaction is going to be when they spy Klum's double-decker, highlighter-hued, accessorized-to-the-nines monstrosities.
The shoe's stans, however, know Klum is living her best (most comfy) life, and didn't spend a fortune to get that pep in her step. On sale for just $40 on Amazon today, Crocs Bae platforms in 10 colors are a cost-effective strategy for simply towering over your most fun-hating critics.
