DEAR DEIDRE: I AM thinking of trying shockwave therapy to cure my erection problems.
I am 44 and have suffered with erectile dysfunction for 12 years.

Online, I found a treatment called shockwave therapy.
Apparently, I would need six sessions before seeing results and I would have to pay.
The success rate is about 80 per cent. I am tempted.

Your problem is psychological. Anxiety is blocking your sexual responses, so the first step is to share those fears with your girlfriend.
