She usually delights admirers with snaps of her jaw-dropping body, workouts with Lesley and her everyday life.
And in her latest post, Tia has been living it up in the Maldives.
In a series of photos, the light-haired beauty slipped into a black bikini set which put her chiselled abs on display.
She stepped out in the sea as she posed next to the ladder before dipping into the crystal blue water.
Tia wore a pair of sunglasses on her head where she changed up her pose in the three snaps.
Not only were her hard-rock abs in the shot, she also showed off her toned and tanned arms.

Her caption read: "Lost in Maldives," as she finished the post with a series of hashtags.
The post garnered a lot of attention in the space of a day as one follower commented: "Icon."

Often Tia and Lesley are mistaken for each other as the duo share a love for all things health and fitness.
Previously, the pair posed in matching outfits as Lesley opened up about their shared passion.
The snap shows the glam pair rocking white sports bras with leggings as they snuggled up close for the shot.
