Alex is renting the flat while he takes his time to find the perfect property to buy.
The Love Island star is keen to buy somewhere in Richmond in London, but in a bid not to rush the purchase, he is renting in the meantime.
Speaking in a YouTube video where he gave fans a tour of his pad, the TV star said: "This gives me the space, the time, the mental space more than anything. I wanted a nice environment to spend that time in and this is definitely it."
The two-bed flat is an incredible design with the master bedroom overlooking the open plan living space downstairs.
The kitchen area has a huge marble breakfast bar where Alex says he works on his laptop from as well as a smart fridge freezer complete with an ice machine and an iPad screen for recipes.
The lounge is home to a crushed velvet L-shape sofa that even 6”2 Alex can lie down on.
The 30-year old says that he did a “typical blokey” thing when he moved in and promptly bought a 65 inch TV to go on the wall.
The flat is set in a renovated building which still features the original windows.
Alex is a big fan of the artist Jenni Sparks and has a collection of her work, including this rainbow illustration which he says is a nod to the NHS.

The master bedroom and it’s en-suite bathroom is open plan and overlooking the lounge, making it the perfect space for a single person or a couple, but perhaps not two flatmates.
Alex is currently single following his split from Amelia Bath after Coronavirus restrictions meant they could not see each other.
He explained the news on Instagram, writing: "Guys, I want to let you know, Amelia and I have decided to go our separate ways.
