Chelsea 1 West Ham 0: Christian Pulisic snatches last-gasp winner to spare Jorginho's blushes after woeful penalty miss

CHRISTIAN PULISIC was Chelsea's late hero as he downed West Ham in the final seconds.

Thomas Tuchel's side looked to have blown their chance to win it when Jorginho had a penalty saved in the closing stages.

But the USA star popped up to save them in the dying seconds to end their miserable home run.

With just over five minutes remaining sub Romelu Lukaku was hauled down inside the area by Craig Dawson.

The Hammers defender was given his marching orders by the referee for denying an obvious goalscoring opportunity.

Jorginho stepped up to take it – but his weak penalty was easily saved.
