Conor McGregor slated for punching technique and branded 'king of cringe' as clip of UFC star throwing 'bombs' backfires

CONOR MCGREGOR shared a video of himself hitting pads in the gym but not everyone was impressed with the Irishman's style and power.

Former UFC flyweight champion Henry Cejudo criticised McGregor for overturning his hips, sparking a slanging match on Twitter.

McGregor was not happy with the criticism and responded with a gibberish-filled threat against Cejudo.

But the 35-year-old dismissed McGregor's words, causing even more anger for The Notorious.

Cejudo initially tweeted: "MMA is different than boxing if you over turn your hips it leads to easy takedowns. It’s hard to recover your position if you over throw your hips.

"You essentially add more time to whatever punch you throw next. You really need to understand set up punches. – Sincerely the goat."
