Dele Alli wants PSG transfer over Newcastle as ex-Tottenham boss Pochettino and Everton join race for midfielder

PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN and Everton are threatening to wreck Newcastle’s hopes of signing Dele Alli.

The Toon have been trying to sign the Tottenham outcast.

But Spurs are keen on a swap deal with PSG midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum.

Alli would also prefer linking up with his old Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino in the French capital – although it is thought ex-Liverpool star Wijnaldum is not enthusiastic about this proposed return to the Premier League.

Everton are also eyeing a shock swoop for Alli after owner Farhad Moshiri boosted their coffers with a further £100m investment this week.

But the Toffees currently being without a manager could put Alli off a permanent switch to Goodison Park.

The England 2018 World Cup ace looks certain to leave Spurs after not even being named on the bench for their 2-0 defeat at Chelsea on Sunday.

He has made just eight Premier League starts this season, only one more than last term.

Tottenham are also trying to offload club record £65million flop Tanguy Ndombele.

They are already lining up a replacement in Fiorentina’s Moroccan midfielder Sofyan Amrabat.

The North Londoners have been in talks with the Italians about a possible loan deal for the star, who is away with his country at the African Cup of Nations.
