Fulham star Rodrigo Muniz breaks down in tears as he's forced off with injury in Man Utd clash | The Sun

RODRIGO MUNIZ was left in tears as he was forced off with an injury against Manchester United.

The Fulham striker broke down as he was replaced by Carlos Vinicius at Craven Cottage.

Muniz twice went down during the second half before being helped off the pitch by Fulham's medical staff.

He was visibly emotional as he left the action, choking up and crying as the home fans applauded him.

The Brazilian had been a threat for the Cottagers, causing Harry Maguire and Jonny Evans problems throughout the afternoon.

An early clash of heads with Maguire just minutes into the match had left the defender requiring treatment.

During his two years in England, he has scored six goals for the Cottagers, including in their Carabao Cup win at Ipswich on Wednesday.
