Jake Paul calls out boxing legend Floyd Mayweather for 'massive' catchweight fight to settle beef after Miami brawl | The Sun

JAKE PAUL has called out Floyd Mayweather for a "massive" catchweight fight – just over a year after his brother's showdown with the boxing great.

The YouTuber turned boxer's older brother – Logan – went the distance with the former five-weight world champion last June, much to the surprise of many.

Jake, however, ended up trading blows with Mayweather and his bodyguards before his brother at a pre-fight press conference.

And he'd like to settle the score with Money once and for all, telling MMA Fighting: "It would be interesting, still, to actually fight Floyd, though, in an actual professional bout."

Jake, 25, reckons the grudge match would do big business if Mayweather came out of professional retirement to take the bout.

He continued: "First of all, that's still a big fight and still a massive, massive draw.

"And if it was an actual pro match, I think people would be super, super interested."

Despite the huge weight and age discrepancy between the pair, Jake is confident the bout would be sanctioned.

The former Disney star said: "He fought my brother and Logan was weighing 190lbs.

"I could get to 175lbs and Floyd could weigh 165lb and a commission would approve that."

Mayweather, 45, never came close to tasting defeat in his professional career – which he closed out in August 2017 with a tenth-round TKO victory over UFC star Conor McGregor.

But Jake firmly believes he has what it takes to put the first blemish on the legend's record.

He said: "I just know that I would win. i would love to take his O.

"And it would be a massive fight as far as pay-per-views are concerned."
