Reports are surfacing that PSG have been in talks with Man Utd over the sale of Kylian Mbappe since January.

Black Cats want to strengthen United relationship
After the successful loan signing of Amad Diallo last season, Tony Mowbray knows that loan signings could be key for Sunderland in the forthcoming season.
The manager is hoping to continue working closely with Man Utd in offering their young stars somewhere to ply their trade.
“I hope we can keep a close relationship with United, if they need to loan young players out.
“It’s amazing really, I’ve been in management a long time, like you’ve said, and even the likes of Joe Rothwell, who I had at Blackburn, came through the United ranks.
“When I’m looking for players, I always look to see what their background is, where they were brought up and the core values of what their football brain is about.
“You never really fall short with Manchester United players, whether they made it at first-team level or not as, generally, they’ve all been brought up properly.”

Should the Qatari takeover happen, this would be a statement signing by the new owners.

Tottenham interest is genuine reports say
The North London club's interest in Jadon Sancho is a transfer they are seriously considering this summer.
While many are saying it will probably be some form of swap deal involving Kane, this is not supposed to be in Tottenham's thoughts at all.
The only stumbling block is that they will not be in a rush to do any deal as they contemplate their strategy this summer under new manager Ange Postecoglou.

Arsenal urged to be fast on Rice
Fabrizio Romano has urged Arsenal not to take their time on sorting a transfer for Man United target Declan Rice or they could risk missing out on the West Ham man.
He said on his Here We Go podcast: "I really hope for Arsenal fans that this is fast. Sometimes for Arsenal, and it’s not about Edu or Arteta, it’s about the owners, sometimes to do big signings you need the approval of the owners.
"We have seen in the past with the Mykhaylo Mudryk deal and the Gabriel Jesus deal other clubs tried to come in at the end like Tottenham and Chelsea, Arsenal protected that with Edu and his Brazilian connections.
"Sometimes Arsenal are too slow due to the owners when it comes to big names. In this case they have to be fast, the timing is going to be crucial.
"We don’t know what will happen with Manchester United, maybe next week they will have new owners and who knows what happens? Maybe they enter the situation where their presence is unexpected. Being fast in this moment of the market is absolutely important."

United could see transfer plans effected
Manchester United and other Premier League clubs are ready to discuss a spending cap for the first time.
Under proposals being pushed ahead of the league’s AGM in Hampshire over the next two days, teams would be restricted to a formula linked to the TV cash paid to the lowest-placed club.
SunSport understands that the idea being discussed, under a proposal described as “anchoring”, would see all 20 Premier League sides limited to spending four times the broadcast income of the league’s bottom club.
This season, 20th-placed Southampton received £102.5m, meaning the cap would stand at £410m.
It is argued that by forcing a fixed maximum spend, the league would be able to maintain its competitive balance.
The new rules, if introduced, are seen as an alternative to the mirroring of new Uefa regulations which will limit clubs to spending 70 per cent of their annual revenues on transfers and wages by the 2025-26 season.

Carragher picks United alternative to Mount
Jamie Carragher has suggested that Declan Rice would be better suited to Manchester United than Mason Mount.
He told Metro.co.uk: "Mason Mount is an upgrade on Christian Eriksen in terms of where he plays.
"But going back to Declan Rice, United are one of the few teams at the top who don’t play 4-3-3, it’s usually two midfielders with Bruno Fernandes.
"Declan Rice and Mason Mount, they are very different players and it shouldn’t be one or the other but when you look at what Manchester United have got right now, I actually think Declan Rice would be a better fit for them. A lot more expensive of course.
"I do think he (Mount) is a good player and I like him, I wanted Liverpool to get him. Lots of coaches have picked him and like him.
"There is already a good player in there but Declan Rice would suit United more than Mason Mount in terms of how they set up."
