Sunderland vs Aston Villa: TV channel, live stream, team news and kick-off time for the huge Championship game

SUNDERLAND take on Aston Villa having beaten the snow at Millwall on Saturday and emerged from the New Den with a point in a 1-1 draw.

But Chris Coleman's strugglers remain rock bottom of the Championship averaging less than a point a game.

Sunderland led when Bryan Oviedo played a neat one-two with Aiden McGeady before firing home past Millwall keeper Jordan Archer from outside the box.

But, like so many times in the Black Cats' nightmare season, they couldn't hold out and Shaun Hutchinson equalised.

Coleman and Co. are now on a seven-game run without a win, with their last victory coming against Hull City on January 20.

In contrast Villa, whose home game with QPR was snowed off on Saturday, travel north placed third in the table, four points shy of second-placed Cardiff City.

They beat Sunderland 2-1 in November with goals from Albert Adomah and Josh Onomah.
