Below Deck Sailing Yacht viewers witnessed one of the messiest crew dinners in the history of the series and the interior team teased that more of the same is on the way.
Usually prim and proper stew Dani Soares unleashed her spicier side during the dinner, telling Gary King to go “f*ck” himself. In fact, fans could not get enough of “drunk” Dani during the episode because she handed it back to some crew members who chose to go on a smoke break over having a civilized dinner with the rest of the crew.
More wild and messy crew moments are on the way
Soares joined chief stew Daisy Kelliher and Alli Dore during one of their Instagram “Pita Party” sessions where the stews teased more wild moments were on the way. Kelliher said that some of the ribbing she gives King and chef Natasha de Bourg is generally in jest. “You see when I get my b*tch face on, that’s when it’s serious,” she laughed.
“And we’re definitely gonna see that in the season as well,” Dore added. “I can’t wait for that moment when you do put your b*tch face on because it is gold! That’s like a popcorn moment.”
“Man, so much to happen still,” Soares said. “That was just the first drunk Dani. And I don’t get drunk any more people. Don’t drink. It’s not good for you.” The stews joked about how the show should be a cautionary tale for why people should not drink alcohol.
Dore added that while she’s excited about the next episode, she said, “Cringe totally cringe. Many cringe moments to come.” Soares made a shocked face of how she watches the episodes. “I lowkey wanna die,” Dore laughed. “But it’s on television, so …”
Trouble is brewing with the deck team in an upcoming episode
Soares joked about “drunk Dani” on Twitter agreeing with fans that her reaction to the crew going on a lengthy smoke break came out of nowhere. “Personally [hate] cigarettes but not my place to judge ppl for that, but when you go out as a group for dinner and make ppl wait for the food is not nice,” she tweeted during the episode.
A fan replied that her reaction came out of the blue. “Agreed,” Soares replied.
Dore warned fans before the episode aired that the dinner was going to be rocky. “Get ready for the dinner from hell,” she tweeted. Kelliher also readied fans for the dinner. “That time we all got dressed up for the massacre dinner,” she wrote.
While the interior crew teased a bumpy ride, it appears that the deck team is the group that will go head to head during an upcoming episode. King has had enough of re-cleaning because Jean-Luc Cerza Lanaux isn’t up to the task. But the two butt heads and Cerza Lanaux ends up calling King a “short little Frodo” in a confessional.
Below Deck Sailing Yacht is on Monday at 9/8c on Bravo.
