Chloe rushed to hospital as Mackenzie finally makes a decision in Emmerdale | The Sun

WORRIES about Chloe Harris' health are sparked next week after she shockingly collapses.

But just as she's rushed out of her Emmerdale home and to hospital, her fiancé Mackenzie Boyd is keeping an even bigger shock from her.

Against all odds, Chloe Harris (played by Jessie Elland) survived a horrific car crash, remaining in a deep coma for several days.

Once she woke up, Chloe made out to her fiancé Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) that she remembered nothing about the crash but it was later revealed she'd been lying.

As regular ITV viewers will recall, Chloe was left to die by Mackenzie who, instead of saving her, decided to rescue his former wife Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins).

Chloe decided to let bygones be bygones and has carried on her relationship with Mackenzie, completely unaware that he has acknowledged his romantic feelings for Charity, after months of denial.

Next week, Mack and Charity are finding the enforced distance between them heart-breaking.

In later scenes, the Woolpack landlady has a brainwave as she comes up with the idea to escape the drama by taking a trip to Scotland to be with her daughter Debbie.

It’s a gut punch for Mackenzie when he hears of her plan to leave the village and he lays down in front of Charity’s car as he makes a desperate plea for Charity to stay in the village and not go to Scotland.

After they both confess their true love for each other, Mack proposes they properly get back together and he will face the music and ditch Chloe once and for all.

The following day, Mack is overjoyed when Charity accepts and reunites with him.

However he knows this means he really has to now break Chloe’s heart.

Unfortunately, Mack’s attempt to dump Chloe is interrupted when she collapses unconscious in the kitchen.

Charity watches on in disbelief as Mack accompanies Chloe to hospital in the back of an ambulance.

She's kept in the dark as to whether Mack told Chloe their relationship was over before she collapsed.

Could there be more to Chloe's ordeal than meets the eye?

Since revealing she remembered how Mackenzie abandoned her for the benefit of Charity, regardless of their baby Reuben, Chloe has been expected by viewers to get revenge.
