Rudolph Walker, the renowned EastEnders actor known for his role as Patrick Trueman on the BBC soap, has had an eventful love life that has captured the attention of fans and media alike.
His on-screen escapes have offered up some of soap’s most iconic romance plots as fans have seen the character’s grapple with his marriage to Yolande Trueman (Angela Wynter) and have an affair with Pat Evans (Pam St Clement).
He went on to marry his childhood sweetheart Sheree Trueman (Suzette Llewellyn) and discovering he fathered her son, Isaac Baptiste (Stevie Basaula).

But how does the actor’s love life fair away from Walford? Outside of Albert Square, Rudolph himself, who is originally from Trinidad, has had his fair share of relationships having been married three times and the actor has two children.
In 1968, Rudolph tied the knot with his first wife, Lorna Ross.
During their marriage, the couple welcomed two children into the world, Sheona and Darren Walker.
Unfortunately, their relationship eventually ended in divorce.
Moving forward, Rudolph found love again and married Dounne Alexander MBE, a fellow Trinidadian, in 1998.
Dounne is a remarkable businesswoman who created Gramma's, an impressive collection of herbal pepper sauces.
Her entrepreneurial spirit led to the sauces being featured in prestigious London department stores such as Harrods and Fortnum and Mason, as well as on supermarket shelves.
Dounne's dedication to health and wellness is evident in her work, and it may explain Rudolph's youthful appearance and energetic demeanor at the age of 83.
However, after several years together, Rudolph and Dounne sadly parted ways.
In 2016, Rudolph found love once again and tied the knot with Evangeline Vincent.
Their relationship continues to thrive, and the couple is still happily together to this day.
Romantic escapades aside, actor Rudolph has a remarkable story to tell.
He started acting at just 8 years old and joined the Trinidad Theatre Workshop.
He left the island when he was 20 in order to start his professional acting career.
As well as appearing in various television shows and films, Walker has also lent his voice to different projects. In fact, he voices the opening and closing sequences of both the U.K. and the U.S. versions of Teletubbies.
When Rudolph turned 70 years old, he decided to create The Rudolph Walker Foundation, which helps disadvantaged youth who want to have a career in entertainment.
The foundation gives a Drama Award to a student in London, as well as a Role Model Award, which recognizes students who are enacting positive change.
