EastEnders shock as Sharon Watts confesses Albie secret – but NOT to Keanu or Phil | The Sun

EASTENDERS viewers are set for another shock as Sharon Watts confesses her Albie secret – but NOT to Keanu or Phil.

In Wednesday's episode of the BBC soap, Sharon was left stunned after discovering fiance Keanu Taylor is not the father of her son, Albie.

Despite doing a paternity test when Albie was a baby which stated that her ex Phil Mitchell was not his father, a doctor told Sharon that Keanu couldn't be his dad.

Albie has a rare genetic disease called Alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency (AATD), which has to be passed down by both parents.

While Sharon has the gene, Keanu does not, meaning he isn't the boy's dad.

When the doctor asked if anyone else could be the father, Sharon glanced out the window at Phil, who had arrived to give her moral support.
