A FOUR in a Bed star was left 'hurt' after 'really harsh, nitpicking' guests refused to stay in the 'dirty' hotel.
The Channel 4 show headed to Great Yarmouth on Thursday and Darren and Jamie's establishment, Hotel of Wizardry.
Darren owns the hotel while Jamie is the manager, and the pair hoped to impress their guests.
Unfortunately, they didn't achieve their goal and were left stunned by some of the feedback they received.
Reading the feedback, Darren looked at the scores for cleanliness first.
One of the guests had scored a six and he said: "I think that's really harsh, to be honest."

Fellow B&B owners Angie and Andrew had wrote: "Dirty mark in the sink, dirty tap and dirty mirror…"
Jamie said: "It happens, sometimes you miss these things."
The couple then scored them a six for the facilities, with Jamie saying: "That's a bit low."
Darren once again said the score was "harsh" while Jamie read out: "Some basic things missing, side table and side light in the bedroom… yeah, ok I get that.

"Lights too bright in the main room…" but Darren interrupted to say: "They're soft LED lights, so they're not too bright."
Angie and Andrew had also commented on the lack of shower gel and Jamie said: "It's kinda surprising how nitpicky everyone is, feel like we were too nice."
The men then reached the bit where the others guests had to say if they would stay again.
Reading that Angie and Andrew wouldn't, Jamie said: "That kinda hurts."
An equally disappointed Darren added: "It's quite a kick."
They took a further knock when fellow guests Emma and Emily said they wouldn't stay again either.
"It's not ideal," Jamie said as Darren read out: "Didn't sleep very well, poor mattress and pillows."
Jamie added: "it just doesn't line up with the rest of the reviews."
Four in a Bed airs weekdays at 5pm on Channel 4.
