Good Morning Britain viewers were left in hysterics this morning after Kate Garraway admitted that she twerks every time she sits down to co-host Adil Ray.

The pair were talking about music and as the chat came to a close Adil asked Kate if she would do the bogle.

Adil, 47, said: "We're looking forward to some live events, will you be doing a bit of bogling or dancing as soon as we're allowed to do it? Or twerking?"

Looking aghast at the slightest implication that she would dance, Kate quickly laughed and disregarded the comment – but it seems Kate does love a little kind of dance…

She responded: "Oh crikey!

"Sometimes I feel like I'm twerking just when I try to sit down on the sofa."

As the duo laughed, Kate added: "I think it's more a fight with gravity."

Viewers took to Twitter to laugh at the host, with some sharing gifs of people twerking and merely writing Kate's name alongside the tweet.

Meanwhile, one user wrote: "Did Adil Ray really just ask Kate if she's going to do the bogle? [laughing emojis]"

Another added: "Hahaha! Kate you really do make me laugh on a morning #twerking #fightwithgravity."

The interview came after the duo spoke about the new song by Shaggy, Sean Paul and Spice called Go Down Deh.

In the wake of the new track they were chatting about the music sector opening back up and people being allowed to return outside and celebrate.

Sean Paul said that music is part of a culture that lives and supports people and it's a part of the industry that he wants to be a part of.

Spice added that it felt amazing to have the likes of Sean Paul and Shaggy on her song – the single is already out and making its way through the charts following its release last month.
