Hollyoaks fans convinced Seth will murder Goldie as he plans to flee village

Hollyoaks favourite Goldie McQueen (Chelsee Healey) found herself in danger during Friday's first-look episode on E4.

Seth Costello (Miles Higson) told Theresa McQueen (Jorgie Porter) that he was leaving the village with the blackmail money and asked her to go with him.

Theresa demanded to know where the cash he's keeping from the McQueens was before she made her decision.

He gave her one of two keys to a safety box but it ended up in Goldie's possession due to a handbag mix up.

Seth showed his true colours and went to fix Theresa's mess.

Viewers at home rushed to they keyboard as they predicted that Seth would kill Goldie to get his hands on the missing key.

Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: "Seth is showing his true colours!"

Another added: "Seth Costello has no chill…"

A third person posted: "If Goldie dies we riot."

Explaining the mix-up, Theresa told Seth that there would be "murders" if Goldie found out she took her handbag.

Seth sinisterly replied: "There will be if she finds the key."

Hollyoaks fans will know that Seth was in cahoots with his serial killer granddad Silas Blissett (Jeff Rawle), who recently terrorised the McQueen clan in a vengeful blackmail plot.

The cunning scheme resulted in Silas extorting thousands upon thousands from the family in question, and he did so with Seth’s assistance, who manipulated Theresa into being his mole.

Theresa was devastated when she discovered that Seth had been working with Silas, and it became clear that the two couldn’t have a future together.

Is Seth a killer like his grandfather?

Elsewhere in the village, Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) and Warren Fox's (Jamie Lomas) affair was finally revealed to a heartbroken Brody Hudson (Adam Woodward).

The bombshell was unveiled at Sienna and Brody's engagement bash at The Hutch.

Will Brody forgive Sienna or is this the end of Brienna?
