ITV's Our House: Horror moment woman returns home to discover another family has bought property and are moving in

A FIRST look at ITV's new drama Our House shows the devastating moment a woman returns home to discover another family has bought her property and are moving in.

The new four-part series, based on Louise Candlish's best-selling novel of the same name, will hit our screens this Monday.

A trailer for the show dropped last month, but now a clip from the programme has been released.

In upcoming scenes, Fi Lawson gets the shock of her life when she sees removal men going into her front door when she's talking home.

She asks them: "Excuse me, what are you doing?"

But a woman called Lucy Vaughn steps out of her home and asks: "Hello, can I help?"

Fi replies: "I'm Fi, what's going on here? Are you a friend of Bram's?"

But Lucy reveals that she has no clue who Bram is.

As more and more removal men walk past to move stuff in, Fi asks: "What is all this? What has he agreed to?"

Lucy replies: "I'm not sure what you mean. Are you a neighbour?"

A confused Fi tells her: "I live here!"

Fi gets the shock of her life when she realises that a random family have moved into her home.

Lucy tells her: "I don't think so, we're just moving in. My husband will be here soon with the rest of our things."

She replies: "This is my house! I think I might have remembered if I'd agreed to rent it out."

"We're not renting. We've bought it," Lucy says.

Fi is played by Downton Abbey star Tuppence Middleton.

Her estranged husband is played by Line of Duty favourite Martin Compston.

The pair are joined by the likes of I May Destroy You's Weruche Opia and Persuasion's Ruperty Penry-Jones.

Our House will follow how Fi copes with the fact that her house has been sold without her knowing.

The series will have a number of flash backs so that the viewers can piece the story together.

  •  Our House, starts 7th March at 9pm on ITV and ITV Hub.
