Jailed Stephen Bear’s final money-making scheme facing the axe after shamed star sold £525k house to pay damages to ex | The Sun

STEPHEN Bear faces losing the last remaining company in his rickety business "empire" while being locked up.

The Ex On The Beach alumni, 33, runs a firm called Cubanlink Ltd to flog clothes and shoes.

Yet because he hasn’t filed important documents like annual accounts and a director’s confirmation statement on time, he faces the firm being struck off, The Sun can exclusively reveal.

And any cash in its coffers will go to the government and not Bear.

It comes after the shamed MTV star has been ordered to pay his ex-girlfriend Georgia Harrison £207,000 in damages for "deeply violating" her privacy, one of the highest-ever in a breach of privacy case.

Stephen was jailed for 21 months in March after sharing their secret sex tape on OnlyFans, which he filmed with a CCTV camera.

His firm was founded in 2019 and its accounts are two years overdue – with a confirmation statement due to have been filed in 2020.

A note on the firm’s listing on Companies House reveals: “Company status… Active — Active proposal to strike off.”

Bear has racked up at least 30 failed money-making schemes – some of which fans claimed were a rip-off or failed to deliver the goods.

Among his dozens of failed enterprises, the “entrepreneur” last year urged followers to sign up to his scheme “Attic Millionaire”, with the slogan – “What ever you find in your attic, create a listing on eBay and keep flipping your money until you [sic] hitting your £1,000,000 target!”

He then posted a pile of his junk on eBay with a starting bid of £650 – unsurprisingly, it received no bids.

But Bear will try selling anything from hand-signed sex toys to teddy bears wearing Ruthless T-shirts, and even started a “positivity-focused” clothing range called I Survived a month after his arrest for revenge porn.

He also got in hot water when he tried to flog Kanye West’s Yeezy trainers from Bali, which Adidas confirmed were fakes, saying Bear’s company “is not a registered retailer and the products featured on the site are not official product."

Meanwhile, Bear's girlfriend Jessica Smith was seen moving out of his home earlier this month.

He has sold his £525,000 home to pay his debts, meaning his girlfriend Jessica has had to move from the abode.

After Bear was jailed, it emerged his lifestyle was worlds away from the flashy image he portrayed on Instagram.
